I recently stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city in a pedestrianised area near the beautiful cathedral. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff who provided great restaurant recommendations and made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities, including a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The staff gave us an unexpected room upgrade and even greeted us with glasses of champagne - such a lovely touch!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the city.

Staying in this hotel was a dream come true for me. It was located right in the heart of the city, near the gothic quarters, the cathedral, and many other famous landmarks. The pedestrian street was quiet and peaceful, with no traffic noise. I enjoyed a relaxing stay in a spacious room, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The service was excellent, especially the helpful staff who provided me with a free cellphone to use in the city. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices to choose from, and the rooftop pool was a great facility to have.
My only complaint was the slow service on the rooftop pool. It took a while to get drinks or snacks, and there weren't enough staff to cater to all the guests.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. The rooms had ample storage space and a safe. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Key location facts: Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops. Close to the attractions. One more advantage: The hotel had a rooftop pool, a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The bar area was quite small. It would have been nice to have a larger space to hang out in.

The hotel has a great location near main sights, including the cathedral, and other important monuments. Staff is attentive, friendly, and professional, providing great service. The hotel facilities arenice and neat, with a well-stocked breakfast that includes a variety of options.
For us, it was ideal.
